APPLICATION METHOD

Preparation

Step: 1/5
Drill the hole as indicated.
Step: 2/5
Clean the hole with a brush and air.
Step: 3/5
Screw in the mixing nozzle.
Step: 4/5
Place the cartridge in the APL400 applicator.
Step: 5/5
Dispense the beginning of the resin until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Threaded rod

Step: 1/4
Inject the resin into approx. 2/3 of the hole, from the bottom to the surface.
Step: 2/4
Insert the threaded rod by turning it.
Step: 3/4
Wait for the curing time.
Step: 4/4
Position the part and finish fixing.

Rebar

Step: 1/4
Apply the resin to the hole. Fill approx. 2/3 of the hole, from the bottom to the surface.
Step: 2/4
Insert the rebar by turning it.
Step: 3/4
Wait for the curing time.
Step: 4/4
Finish fixing.

2 The values obtained are based on the average of tests and technical specifications, using ASTM A193B7 rod and 30 MPa concrete. Attention: these values are ultimate loads, always use the safety coefficient.
3 The characteristic resistance values are based on the combined failure of slip and concrete cone, according to the calculation assumptions of ETA TR029. IN THIS CASE, the safety coefficients must be considered in accordance with the parameters in the product certification.
4 Minimum recommended distance, for shorter distances consult the technical department.
5 Values valid for ASTM A193 B7 rods / ASTM A194 2H nuts.
6 Estimated values under ideal conditions of use.
