In this scenario, Âncora has a project development and consultancy department to create effective solutions for the construction market.
TRAINING, DEVELOPMENT AND TESTING.
Among its differentials, SED offers large construction sites the exclusive Consultancy, Training and Supervision (CTS) service. It is through this service that Engineering, in partnership with the Sales team, carries out on-site consultancy in order to deliver a customized fastening solution according to the project's requirements. Once the tailor-made item has been defined, the project is sent to the Quality Laboratory to be developed in conjunction with the manufacturing plant, with the quality and agility required for each application. These products undergo various types of tests and trials before being sent to the customer.
The Engineering team then monitors the project closely, supervising the work teams. It also promotes the training of professionals on site in the correct use and installation of the products supplied, at all levels of the process. Finally, CTS is also strongly committed to promoting the institutionalization of fixing, disseminating knowledge of systems and solutions.

ÂNCORA TECHNOLOGY
The Âncora laboratory has modern equipment for tensile, shear, salt spray, metrology and simulation tests for the most diverse applications within the construction industry in the area of fasteners.
As part of our internal product development process, we are able to carry out specific simulations to determine whether the potential of the solution presented by Engineering technically matches the need and criteria presented, as well as serving as a research and development tool for items in the internal line.
MANUFACTURING UNIT
With three decades of experience and excellence in the manufacture, product development, distribution, qualification and sale of fasteners for civil construction in the national and international markets, Âncora is recognized as a leader in the segment.
To meet the needs of such a demanding market and develop special solutions, it has a modern manufacturing facility at its headquarters. The structure includes a machining center, lathes and milling machines, CNC machines, automatic horizontal stamping,
automated assembly machines and an exclusive EDM laboratory. For processes that require thread making, it also has a rolling cell and production of various diameters.
SPECIAL ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS
As a result of major investments and the growing evolution of construction methods, Âncora became the first company in the Construction Fastening segment in Brazil to have a modern technical laboratory equipped to carry out mechanical and performance tests on all the Fastening Systems supplied online.
A trained team is in charge of all the processes, carrying out tests inside and outside the company to ensure the total quality of the products.
Seeking continuous improvement in the methodology of processes and products, market research is carried out to monitor trends and develop new solutions, as well as major national and international partnerships with associations and bodies that are benchmarks in the segment.
