Two-component polyester-based injection adhesive fastening system for medium and light loads in concrete and masonry.

QPO300 - Polyester

Title:

Description:

FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES

  • Anchoring for medium and light loads in concrete and masonry.
  • Clean, agile and simple application with standard manual applicator (300 ml).
  • Dry, wet and submerged concrete installations.
  • Applicable for dynamic loads.
  • Styrene-free and with a fast curing system.
  • Thixotropic: does not run.
  • Anchoring in hollow masonry (requires the use of a jacket).
  • VMC system: better control during installation; changes color after curing.
  • It has international technical approvals (ETA).

STORAGE CONDITIONS

Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature below 25ºC. Do not expose the product to the sun. Provided it is stored in ideal conditions, it has a shelf life of 15 months after the date of manufacture."

CERTIFICATIONS

  • ETA opção 7: Ancoragem de barras roscadas em concreto não fissurado.
  • ETA - ETAG 029 : Fastening in masonry elements.

APPLICATION METHOD

Threaded rod on solid base.

Step: 1/6
Drill the hole as indicated.
Step: 2/6
Clean the hole with
brush and air.
Step: 3/6
Pull the seal and cut the bag.
Step: 4/6
Screw in the mixing nozzle.
Step: 5/6
Place the cartridge in the APL300 applicator.
Step: 6/6
Dispense the beginning of the resin until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Threaded rod on solid base

Step: 1/4
Apply the resin to the hole. Fill 2/3 of the hole from the bottom to the surface
Step: 2/4
Insert the rod by turning it.
Step: 3/4
Wait for the curing time.
Step: 4/4
Position the part and finish fixing.

Threaded rod in hollow base

Step: 1/5
Insert the sleeve into the hole.
Step: 2/5
Inject the resin into the jacket until it fills it.
Step: 3/5
Insert the retaining cap into the jacket by bending it
Step: 4/5
Insert the rod by turning it.
Step: 5/5
Wait for the curing time, position the piece and finish fixing.
